We accept returns if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. For any undamaged, unworn, unwashed product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. If the item is not received within 14 days, a credit note will be given.

In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for returns. Made to measure items, custom made items, sale items or where it is specifically stated in the product listing that a refund will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given due to a change of mind or because the item does not fit. Please check all measurements and descriptions carefully. The Buyers are responsible for the return postage cost. If the return is accepted the refund will be credited to the purchaser's original payment method within 14 days or a credit note will be issued. Frock retains the right not to refund goods not returned in the required condition as specified in the returns policy.
